Private Lending

Are you tired of the poor interest rates that you are receiving in your savings accounts, cd's, 401k's, IRAs, or even the stock market? Did you know that you can invest most of this money tax free? You may want to consider becoming a private lender?
What is a private lender?
Money lent to a company or individual by a private individual or organization. The amount loaned is often secured by a mortgage thus the property cannot be sold or refinanced unless the private lender is first paid.
Private lenders are also listed as a loss-payee on the insurance policy that is attached to the property, thus the private lender still gets paid first in the event of vandalism, a fire, a hurricane, a flood, etc.
All paperwork is handled legally and many have found this to be a significant alternative to the low interest rates being received through traditional banking.
